Quality Policy Statement
Anglian Fasteners Ltd recognises that, extending from the board of directors, quality is the responsibility of every member of staff. It is the duty of all employees to ensure that our products and services meet the quality criteria set by the Company to ensure customer satisfaction. The Company encourages and supports a culture that expects and values the highest quality performance from every employee and every function, with the objective of always building quality.
It is the policy of Anglian Fasteners Ltd to provide its customers with a range of products and services that are accurate, reliable, and compliant with their expectations. It is the Company’s policy to deal with any customer concerns efficiently and effectively and to act upon these concerns, where possible, to the best of our ability and the satisfaction of our customers.
Anglian Fasteners Ltd aims to support these commitments by use of a ‘Quality Management System’ (QMS), which will be reviewed to assess its effectiveness. The QMS is implemented, reviewed, updated, and audited through our management structure and quality assurance personnel. The Company is committed to achieving these aims and ensuring that this is monitored at the highest level in accordance with BS EN ISO9001:2015.
